Order Processing
All items are made to order.
Processing times typically range from 2–5 business days depending on product type and print partner workload.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed and another once it has shipped.
Shipping Times
Shipping times vary by destination:
Canada: 5–12 business days
USA: 4–10 business days
International: 7–20 business days
These are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or carrier delays.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, product type, and destination.
Some items may ship separately depending on where they are printed.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees.
Sentinels of the Lamb is not responsible for customs charges, duty fees, or import taxes.
Order Changes
Once an order enters production (usually within 1 hour), it cannot be cancelled or modified.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your shipment appears lost:

Email us within 30 days of the expected delivery date

We will contact the carrier or print partner

If confirmed lost, we will replace the order at no cost
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
Wrong Address / Undeliverable Orders
If the address provided at checkout is incorrect:

The order cannot be refunded

A reshipment can be arranged once the package is returned to our print partner

Returns
Because our products are printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

the item is damaged

the print is defective

the wrong item was sent
