Refund policy

Made-to-Order Guarantee

Every item in our shop is made especially for you the moment you place your order. Because each piece is printed on demand, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Preference-based issues (colour, fit, style differences)

We encourage customers to review size charts carefully before purchasing.

If There’s an Issue With Your Order

Your satisfaction matters to us. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, flawed, or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost.

To request a replacement:

  1. Email us at sentinelsofthelamb@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  3. Once verified, we’ll send you a replacement or offer a refund.

Please do not return items to the production facility. Any approved returns must be mailed to the address provided by our support team.

Size Exchanges

Because items are printed when ordered, we’re unable to accept returns for sizing issues. However, we understand that selecting the right fit can be tricky.

We offer a one-time 25% discount on a replacement order if you requested the wrong size.

Just email us within 7 days of receiving your item.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

If the shipping address was entered incorrectly at checkout, or the package was unclaimed, the order cannot be refunded.

We can arrange a reshipment once the item is returned to our partner facility, and additional shipping fees will apply.

Lost Packages

If your order seems lost in transit:

  • Contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date

  • We’ll investigate with our print partner

  • If confirmed lost, we’ll replace it at no cost

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase, before they enter production.
